Return Policy

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have automatic guarantees when you purchase goods or services in New Zealand. These guarantees cannot be excluded and include:
- Goods must be of acceptable quality
- Goods must be fit for purpose
- Goods must match their description
- Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill
Right to Return Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, doesn't match its description, or isn't fit for purpose, you have the right to return it and receive a refund, replacement, or repair. You don't need to return the product in its original packaging if it's faulty.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase (and the product is not faulty), you may return it within 7 days of receipt, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and documentation are included
- You contact us before returning the product
For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs.
Return Process
To return a product:
- Contact us via email or phone to notify us of your intention to return
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation
- Package the product securely with all original packaging
- Send the product to the address we provide
- We will inspect the returned product upon receipt
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty or doesn't meet the Consumer Guarantees Act requirements, we will cover the cost of return postage. You may choose a refund, replacement, or repair. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Services
For plant care services and consultations, if the service doesn't meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will work with you to remedy the situation. This may include re-performing the service or providing a partial or full refund.
Exclusions
This return policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those statutory guarantees.
